　　Minmetals Steel Guangzhou Co.,Ltd., which precursor is Guangzhou Minmetals Steel trade Co.,Ltd., is the subsidiary of Minmetals Steel Duty Co.,Ltd.. It was established in Guangzhou in 1998.The Minmetals Steel Co.,Ltd. is the main member of Minmetals.The Minmetals Steel Guangzhou Co.,Ltd., was changed name in 2003, and become the retail company of Minmetals Steel plates in south China.The transacts location of company is in the business center district of Guangzhou——the west part of Huaxin Building, the No.5 of Shuiyin Road, Huanshidong Road .
　　There are two management departments—— statistics and finance department,the synthesize management department, and three business departments—— purchase department, sale department, warehousing and transportation department in company. The office has been established or will soon be established in Zhongshan City and in Lecong, Foshan.
　　The company is main in operate the steel material, its main product are cold rolled sheet、hot rolled sheet、galvanized steel.And there are any other species such as thick plate steel、steel billet、shaped steel、building steel and so on.
